We would like to inform all of our customers that as of 19th July 2021 when restrictions are being lifted for COVID 19 that Promesse has taken the decision to continue operating with the guidelines below.

• We will operate by appointment only with a maximum of two appointments per hour at any one time. Families will be allowed to to come in together providing there are no more than four people.

• We ask that you attend your appointment wearing a mask.

• We ask that on entering the shop you sanitise your hands.

• We will be wearing masks in case of any help needed with dresses in respect of prom but wherever possible we would ask that a parent/guardian be available to help put the dress on.

• Please do not attend your appointment if your feeling unwell we are happy to re-schedule your appointment for you.

Due to infection cases being currently high, Promesse will review its policy on a monthly basis. All of these guidelines are implemented to protect both customers and staff. On entering Promesse you and your guest do so entirely at your own risk. I would ask that if you wish to re-arrange your appointment you let us know in advance.
